A living room scheme generally has to revolve around the seating – sofas, armchairs and footstools. Yet any home also needs places to put ‘stuff’...from the TV screens and sound equipment to books, paintings and objets d’art. Our Joinery team can incorporate floor-to-ceiling cabinets that are discreet, or they can install display shelves and cabinets that are illuminated and designed to catch the eye. A drinks cabinet, designed along the lines of a breakfast cupboard with bi-folding doors and a prep surface can be included, and is a great idea for a living room or a cinema room. A bespoke cocktail or drinks cabinet can also include a wine fridge, ice machine and even a sink.
Bespoke media and TV units are something that our Joinery team is exceptionally good at. Our designers will draw up a plan, and then the unit will be built to fit the space, with consideration for wiring and connectivity.
Bookshelves are also very popular. Our design team will check to see if there is a particular set of books that needs a particular height of shelf, and the same goes for shelves for specific items of art or sculpture.
The Joinery team are used to building and crafting display units and furniture to millimetre-accurate sizes. But it’s not just about the fitted and built-in designs. Our talented Joinery team also build occasional pieces, such as coffee and side tables, console tables, lamp tables and storage ottomans. These pieces will be perfectly constructed to team with the larger items of living room furniture, using beautiful veneers combined with painted finishes and perhaps accents of fabric, metal and leather.

Based in North London, our workshop has a team of highly skilled craftsmen working with the latest equipment to sculpt wood, glass, marble, stone and metals, including bronze, brass, chrome and nickel, fabrics, leathers, wallpapers and other specialist finishes. We also have our own spray room which allows us to offer a spraying service in any colour or stain including gloss, matt, liquid metal, stained timber and mirror finishes.
