Perfectly designed bedroom furniture can be a combination of fitted and freestanding pieces, perhaps with the luxury addition of a walk-in wardrobe or closet too. Our Joinery team will build bespoke furniture that will provide storage for winter clothes, an extensive shoe collection, and even display shelving for precious handbags and accessories. Bespoke fitted bedroom furniture is an excellent solution for rooms that perhaps have alcoves or recesses … the bedroom can be configured to look perfectly proportioned, whilst there’s a lot of cleverly concealed storage action going on behind the scenes!

We believe it’s the details that make the difference, so our bespoke joinery designs are always tailored to your individual requirements. A dressing table may need to be a particular height, and its mirror will have exactly the right lighting to suit the room. Drawers and hanging rails can be set at the correct height for their contents, with tall hanging spaces for full-length frocks, as well as divided drawers for accessories and jewellery.

Our designers will specify every detail, so you can be secure in the knowledge that our skilled joinery team will have everything they need to produce perfect results. All paint finishes are applied by our team, from the wardrobes and cabinets to built-in window seats and dressing islands. For natural wood finishes we may specify a combination of veneers and solid timbers, which can range from traditional oak and walnut looks to veneers that have complex patterns, depending on how the original timber is cut.

ABOUT ROCHFORD JOINERY

Based in North London, our workshop has a team of highly skilled craftsmen working with the latest equipment to sculpt wood, glass, marble, stone and metals, including bronze, brass, chrome and nickel, fabrics, leathers, wallpapers and other specialist finishes. We also have our own spray room which allows us to offer a spraying service in any colour or stain including gloss, matt, liquid metal, stained timber and mirror finishes.
